Serendipity by the Sea is a beautiful vacation rental located in the with a private gated community of Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City, Oregon. The open-plan living space and wall-to-wall windows allow for a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and the Haystack Rock. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms this spacious house can accommodate up to 8 guests and two dogs. The open-plan living space includes a living room with cozy sofas and a gas fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful hardwood island. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Serendipity is a one-level home – no pesky stairs to climb up and down! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bath with an ocean view that is the perfect place to lounge in the jetted tub. This home also features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as a kid's room that houses four twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is also located in the hallway.

Around the back of the house, there is a large oceanfront patio. Also provided is a pickleball net and paddles and court markers for use in the driveway and a beach volleyball game called Crossnet. This is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset after a long day of playing on the beach!

Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!
