Watch the eagles perch in the nearby massive Sitka Spruce trees, deer wade across the river, and fishermen wrestle salmon into their boats while you enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the covered deck. This beautiful home showcases fine craftsmanship with its warm woodwork and comfortable décor. Large, cozy sofas beckon you to curl up with a blanket and a book after a day on the beach in front of a roaring fire. Working from home? The home office has a large desk, computer monitor, printer, and high-speed internet access, and is removed from the main living area of the home, allowing for quiet concentration.

A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. Access and operation hours are subject to change and are determined by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association.
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We'll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed.
