This beautiful home showcases fine craftsmanship with its warm woodwork and comfortable décor. Large, cozy sofas beckon you to curl up with a blanket and a book after a day on the beach in front of a roaring fire. Enjoy the game while snacking on goodies prepared in the gourmet kitchen complete with double ovens, 5 burner cooktop, quality cookware, and utensils.

Perfect for a small family or two couples, the Primary Bedroom is complete with a view of the estuary, a King Bed, and an adjoining ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub. The guest room has a queen bed and a door to the patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Working from home? The home office has a large desk, computer monitor, printer, and high-speed internet access, and is removed from the main living area of the home, allowing for quiet concentration.

Pacific Seawatch Club House Pool: Located right across the street from the Pacific Seawatch Club House and Pool, with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool: 6 AM - 11 PM, and a 9-hole mini-golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. (Please note the keycard will not work outside of these hours.)
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We'll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.
