Welcome to Nestucca Nest, a perfect retreat for those looking to enjoy sweeping vistas of the Oregon Coast. This home's dramatic, 180-degree ocean view from the hills above Pacific City will provide a perspective of town that you've never seen before. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the beautiful panorama from both the main floor Primary Bedroom and living area. Nestucca Nest lets you enjoy complete tranquility while being less than a mile from town and the beach.
Built-in 2016, the house offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The main floor includes an efficient kitchen with high-end appliances, including a propane range, a spacious living room with a propane fireplace stove, a dining table and bar where every guest can enjoy time together, and a deck ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.
Nestucca Nest comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The Primary Bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with an ocean view soaking tub and walk-in shower, a wall of windows with stunning ocean and river views, and a TV. The bedrooms on the lower level include a bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom equipped with a king bed, as well as a recreation room complete with a TV and DVD/VCR player and a bookcase full of books, toys, puzzles, and games. A full bathroom with a tub/shower is also located on the lower level, along with the laundry room.
The two decks at Nestucca Nest are the highlight of everyone's stay. You can BBQ, sunbathe, read your new favorite book, or just visit with old friends or family. This property's spectacular views are a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!

Homes in Pacific Seawatch include access to the community clubhouse:
Pacific Seawatch Club House Pool: Located right across the street from the Pacific Seawatch Club House and Pool, with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool: 6 AM - 11 PM, and a 9-hole mini-golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. (Please note the keycard will not work outside of these hours.)
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We'll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed.
