Cozy, comfortable, family-friendly, and an easy walk to the beach and Cape Kiwanda. The open plan design of this modern townhome offers a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cheerful and sunny dining area while considering the day's activities...consider building sandcastles on the beach, hiking Cape Kiwanda, or renting surfboards for a day riding the waves. Whatever you choose, The Beach Break will welcome you home at the end of the day.
The Beach Break has 2 bedrooms, both upstairs. The master has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The guest room has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full-on bottom, and a full-size trundle that slides out. There is also a flat-screen TV in this room with a PlayStation and games. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.
The Beach Break is located in Shorepine Village which has easy beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are trails leading from this home to the boardwalk - the walk to the beach takes less than five minutes!

Arriving in the dark was an adventure. The condo light was on, which was helpful, but it was difficult to be sure of the condo number from the back.

Great place to relax

Shorepine Village is our favorite place to stay on the Oregon Coast. This unit was well stocked and has everything you'll need, including surfboards! It has 2 fat tire bikes, 2 cruiser, and 2 kids bikes in the garage.
