Cozy, comfortable, family-friendly, and an easy walk to the beach and Cape Kiwanda. The open plan design of this modern townhome offers a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cheerful and sunny dining area while considering the day's activities...consider building sandcastles on the beach, hiking Cape Kiwanda, or renting surfboards for a day riding the waves. Whatever you choose, The Beach Break will welcome you home at the end of the day.

The Beach Break has 2 bedrooms, both upstairs. The primary has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath. The guest room has a bunk bed with a twin on top, full-on bottom, and a full-size trundle that slides out. There is also a flat-screen TV in this room with a PlayStation and games. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.

The Beach Break is located in Shorepine Village which has easy beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are trails leading from this home to the boardwalk - the walk to the beach takes less than five minutes!

Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!
