Serendipity by the Sea is a beautiful vacation rental located in the with a private gated community of Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City, Oregon. The open-plan living space and wall-to-wall windows allow for a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and the Haystack Rock. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms this spacious house can accommodate up to 10 guests and two dogs. This home features a fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors and a patio leading straight onto the sand. Come see what adventures await you at Serendipity by the Sea!
The open-plan living space includes a living room with cozy sofas and a gas fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful hardwood island. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Serendipity is a one-level home – no pesky stairs to climb up and down! The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bath with an ocean view that is the perfect place to lounge in the jetted tub. This home also features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as a kid's room that houses four twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is also located in the hallway.
Around the back of the house, there is a large oceanfront patio. Also provided is a pickleball net and paddles and court markers for use in the driveway and a beach volleyball game called Crossnet. This is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset after a long day of playing on the beach!
Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 10
Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.
Please be aware that during storm season the sand dunes in front of the home may rise and obscure or partially obscure the view.

Your service was great and I appreciate you promptly answering my texts. I requested a TV/cable service call and the technician came bright and early. He diagnosed and fixed the problem but unfortunately the owner appears to have cancelled regular cable TV. Streaming works fine though.

Kiwanda Shores Retreat

Spring break family vacation at Serendipity by the Sea was a fantastic time. The house was exactly as described with the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean and view of Chief Kiwanda Rock. Each morning was a coffee and and a long leisurely walk on the beach with local Oregon wines in the evening watching the sunset, fishing boats and reflecting on the day. The garage is action packed with beach toys which both my boys played with constantly throughout our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you would need to make a family / group meals with the exception of some disposable packaging like foil, cling wrap or ziplock bags. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, were not ready to return home, and would definitely rent here again.

I can't think of a better home from which to work remotely and wear out the dogs on long beach walks. The view of Haystack and the ocean is incredibly beautiful and restorative, any weather, night and day. Plus...such good food/coffee/wine in Pacific City!

Our family stayed here with 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs, and we had a blast! Perfect size for our group & the weather was gorgeous, so the beach got a lot of our attention. Location is great, views are incredible, the house was clean and well stocked & taken care of, the management folks were friendly & responsive, and the Kiwanda Shores neighborhood is very welcoming & was fun to explore on nice walks with the pups. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Serendipity by the Sea. Aka Paradise

Stop searching. We travel locally quite a bit. This is by far the most luxurious and amazing place we have ever stayed. We have paid much more for less. This place has everything. The management services is premium.The home was without flaws. On a private beach. Our dog was at ease, my children had so many things to do. The home ,beds, and little amenities were bountiful and personal. I can not wait to return!
