Watch the eagles perch in the nearby massive Sitka Spruce trees, deer wade across the river and fisherman wrestle salmon into their boat while you enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the covered deck. This beautiful home showcases fine craftsmanship with its warm woodwork and comfortable décor. Large, cozy sofas beckon you to curl up with a blanket and a book after a day on the beach in front of a roaring fire. Enjoy the game while snacking on goodies prepared in the gourmet kitchen complete with double ovens, 5 burner cooktop, quality cookware, and utensils.
Perfect for a small family or two couples, the Master Bedroom is complete with a view of the estuary, a King Bed, and an adjoining ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub. The guest room has a queen bed and door to the patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
Working from home? The home office has a large desk, computer monitor, printer and high-speed internet access, and is removed from the main living area of the home allowing for quiet concentration.

Pacific Seawatch Club House and Pool:
Pelican's Perch is located an easy walk from the Pacific Seawatch Community Club House and Pool, complete with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a 9 hole mini-gold course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay. Clubhouse Hours are 9 am to 8 pm (Please note keycard will not work outside of these hours).

How well maintained was the property?
Would you stay with Us again?
Had a very nice relaxing stay. The view is something you really need to witness in person. The pics just don't do it justice. My GPS kept re-configuring, so maybe a picture map to the place or written directions would help. I would definitely stay here again.

Go for the view, stay for the house

The view is absolutely stunning!

Where do I start? Day one, the communication was very timely. We walked into the house and it was immaculate. We go out on the balcony/deck, and immediately we saw an eagle and some other birds. Since I love photography and taking pictures of birds it was the perfect spot to just sit there and scope them out.. The view is absolutely stunning and you overlook gorgeous greenery and an inlet, and then you see the ocean in the distance. We were comfortable, more so than you would be at another place or hotel. The town is small and quaint and most things do shut down pretty early which was noted in the other reviews and I believe the description. There is a little grocery store that has everything you need. Everything we wanted to see or do was within 90 minutes drive and the drives were absolutely gorgeous as well. On day two we found that there was a second eagle and so all of our mornings were spent on the balcony drinking coffee and just watching them make passes right in front of us. And there’s also a juvenile eagle as well. The other homes around were currently unoccupied and so it was very very quiet for us especially at night. There were deer in the neighboring yards. It was like a Disney movie! On the very last morning we made the mistake of accidentally locking ourselves out of the house. We contacted both Airbnb and the property management company to get support. Airbnb contacted the management company for us but the property management responded within about 15 minutes. And not even five minutes later Mitch showed up with a key to let us in! Such great service! I would absolutely stay at this property again!

Lovely home with exceptional views! A few suggestions-a large plush rug would add coziness especially during the fall/winter months and some basic cooking condiments such as sugar, oil, spices, vinegar etc would be helpful for cooking in the amazing kitchen! Otherwise, top notch!

This was such a beautiful home set in such a beautiful location! All provisions we needed were provided. Very quick and easy drive into town for groceries, restaurants and beach access. We enjoyed the spacious shower, fireplace, tub and comfortable beds. A pleasure to stay in such a peaceful, relaxing, beautiful home.

The photos do not do the views justice. The property itself was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cook wear we needed. We loved the peacefulness of the location and it seemed it was on the leeward side so not windy when the beaches were. Can’t wait to go back!

Great modern clean house

Great modern clean house, perfect for 2 adult couples or one couple + one kid. Views from the deck and from the neighborhood are beyond imagination. The deck is definitely not for acrophobics, but we spend almost all our in-house time there. You can hear cars from Brooten Road from the deck or with the windows opened, but not too bad. Definitely will rent again.
