The list below is a friendly reminder of how to leave the home when you depart.
Your help reduces the risk of COVID-19 to the housekeeping staff.
We hope you enjoy your place at the beach and look forward to having you come to stay again soon.

CHECK-OUT LIST:
- Check out time is 11:00 am
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Check the home, fridge, cupboards and yard for personal items or litter to removed
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, recycling in the blue can
- Turn all lights off and leaving heat setting at 50 degrees
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Leave one house key and garage door opener on the counter and return on house key to the lock box
