The Break is a beautiful three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom vacation rental located in the Shorepine Village of Pacific City, Oregon. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace or head to the beach! This home is steps away from the beach via the unique wooden boardwalk, or to a short walk to the clubhouse featuring a fitness center, pool table, and an entertainment area. The house is also equipped with 4 adult cruiser bikes, one youth bike, a child's bike, and helmets for all. Come see what adventures await you at The Break!
All of The Break's bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king-size bed with a private bathroom that has a double vanity and a two-person tile shower. Two guest bedrooms and a loft make this home's sleeping options easy to accommodate family and friends. The first guest room has a queen-size bed and the second guest bedroom features two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is another full bath upstairs for the two rooms to share and a half bath on the main floor. A great south exposure deck is complete with a gas BBQ! This home is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome with a maximum of 3 dogs.

Short Walk to the Beach

We loved that the house was a short walk to the beach. We also loved that the amenities were also available for us to use such as the kitchen and bathroom items. It was home away from home!

Oregon Get Away

Great house and location. Never been to Oregon or Pacific City before and it was absolutely gorgeous. Love the neighborhood and location of the property. Boardwalk was right behind the house and easy walking distance.
House provided multiple bikes for getting around if one wanted. Lots of space to spread out. Management was super responsive to questions. We are ready to return.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the proximity to the ocean was great. The house was a nice and clean and spacious for our stay. The only thing I didn’t know from the property description was the walk to the beach; it’s a steep downhill walking down the main pathway to the beach and then a steep walk back.

We love The Break

When we want to bring our dog with us to Pacific City, our go-to house is The Break. It's got a great location right near beach access, is cozy and comfortable, and it's just the right size for our family + a grandma or grandpa. Thank you for helping us to strategize how we'd get our daughter on her Zoom calls for school! The only thing that was bothersome was that the oven fan would make a pinging sound that drove us bonkers when it was heating up, but once it did, we were able to cook some good dinners for the family. We'll definitely choose The Break again - this visit was our second this summer and we've been staying there for a few years already.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful home in Shorepine Village. Very comfortable and well equipped. Loved that it backed into the dunes so we enjoyed extra privacy and greenery and a doe sighting. Easy access to the best beach in Oregon.
