From Cape Kiwanda south to Bob Straub State Park, we’re five miles of walkable sandy beaches set against the Pacific Ocean and the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever see. Cross the bridge and you’ll find our authentically quaint town 1/4 mile inland just across the meandering Nestucca River. Unique neighborhoods–each with their distinct personality–are sprinkled in, and through, and around it all. Go ahead, explore.   • Around Pacific City

    You’ll find an eclectic mix of traditional homes and beach cabins scattered around our town. On the east side of the river you can walk to galleries, shops and restaurants and explore Pacific City’s original Hill Street neighborhood. Homes west of the river are within easy walking distance of the beach and have peeks of the ocean and often the river too.

  • Dory Pointe

    Dory Pointe is a family-friendly community featuring modern beach homes and backs up to forest land with easy forest trail access. Located on the east side of Cape Kiwanda Drive, it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and Cape Kiwanda.

  • Four Sisters

    The Four Sisters community is on the west side of Cape Kiwanda Drive, sheltered behind a dune. Fenced back yards are ideal for private gatherings and guests with pets and the family friendly, sandy play area is fun for all.  This neighborhood has turn-around beach access and is a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

  • Kiwanda Shores

    Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community with modern and stylish homes. Guests can’t help but be in awe of the amazing up-close ocean views from these ocean-front homes. There is easy beach access while paved biking and walking trails are close at hand.

  • Nestucca Ridge

    This neighborhood is three miles north of Pacific City on the beautiful Three Capes Scenic Route. Here guests enjoy ocean-front homes with easy beach access in a family and pet-friendly community made up of an eclectic mix of traditional homes. Tierra del Mar is tucked between Cape Kiwanda and Cape Lookout and offers easy access to Sitka Sedge state park and hiking trails.
