Riverfront Dream is a luxurious 6 bedroom home on the bank of the Nestucca River, an easy walk to the beach along paved paths. Featuring over 3,200 square feet of stylishly comfortable living space there is plenty of room for everyone. Play a game of pool, ping-pong or foosball after sun-filled afternoons on the beach; BBQ burgers on the wraparound riverfront deck or whip up delicious dishes in the chef’s kitchen; grab a paddleboard and step out the back door to the Nestucca River for a sunset paddle; catch up with family and friends in this dreamy spacious home.

LIVING AREAS
Make yourself at home in the second-floor living room, configured with two comfy sleeper sofas, swivel chairs, a 55” TV, and deck access.
Play a friendly game in the garage where a pool table, foosball table, flat-screen TV, and beer fridge await.

KITCHEN/DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen. This sunlit second-floor space is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, dual sinks, and ample granite counter space to prepare your favorite foods. While delicious dishes simmer, perch at the kitchen bar or sip coffee with a book or watch the eagles dive for fish in the cheerful sitting nook. Gather for meals at the large farm-style dining table. Folding chairs in the closet offer additional seating.

BED/BATH
This three-story home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests between the six bedrooms and two full-size sleeper sofas in the living room.
Bedroom 1: The first floor includes a bedroom with a full-size bed, a twin bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: The second floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: Two master suites located on the third floor, each appointed with a comfy king-size bed and a sparkling bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 5 and 6: Two guest bedrooms share access to a large bathroom with double vanities, 2 walk-in showers, and tub/shower combination. One of these bedrooms has two twin beds (with two trundles), a daybed, and a private balcony and closet stocked with nursery supplies (highchair, play-n-pack); the other bedroom has a queen bed.

OUTDOOR AREA
Rinse off before you come in at the outdoor shower after a great day at the beach.
Step out for fresh air on the spacious wraparound deck, which overlooks the Nestucca River. Enjoy a beer or glass of wine on the deck while burgers sizzle on the gas grill.
