Within 5 minutes of two beaches, you can hike the dune at Cape Kiwanda State Park, hit one of the trails in the surrounding national forests, or just head to Pelican Brewing for a beer.

Tucked into the hillside, this home is quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the beach, almost like you are staying in a treehouse! After a day on the beach catching waves or hiking the dune, rinse off your wetsuit, sandy feet, and dogs before coming inside taking advantage of the outdoor hot/cold shower. Enjoy a glass of wine while soaking in the tub then wander into the kitchen for a satisfying meal put together in the spacious kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen features high-end appliances including a gas range, an island with a sink, and a comfortable dining area. Relax on the sheltered deck, soak up the sun, and dream about riding the next big wave.

The upstairs living room features plenty of seating to relax and watch the game, cozy up next to the gas-fired cast enamel stove, or sit back in one of the cozy recliners and get caught up with the world outside. Access to the Long Board Loft is up a flight of stairs from the double-deep garage and entry. Long Board has two bedrooms - a Primary Suite featuring a Queen Bed, soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a private water closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer with a built-in counter for folding.

The Short Board Studio is the bottom unit of this modern Townhome. After a day on the beach catching waves or hiking the dune, rinse off your wetsuit, sandy feet, and dogs before coming inside taking advantage of the outdoor hot/cold shower. Enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace or wander into the additional kitchen for a satisfying meal.
