I was very impressed with this house. The open layout is wonderful, and we really enjoyed the great water pressure. It was clean, and the mattress was super comfortable. Lots of sleeping options, and large rooms. The one and only draw back to this home is that it’s close to the main road. However, we could not hear road noise at all when inside. If you are a light sleeper it may be a consideration in the master bedroom only. Easy check out procedures and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Nest. We had 6 adults, a child and infant. The house was very well stocked with kitchen gadgets, linens and supplies. The garage provides ample bikes, wagons, chairs, and sand castle toys. There were a few concerns we had but the management was receptive and where willing to correct any immediate concerns. I few suggestions for making future tenants stay better would be to take the rubber screw covers off the tv stand (our 12 month old kept trying to take them off and put them in his mouth)…& one extra mirror in the entry or bedroom would help! Great access to the beach!

My friends and I had an amazing experience at this location. We loved everything from the 2-minute bike ride to the beach, to the spacious and comfortable living room, and gated community. Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

The Nest is Best!

Perfect accommodations. We had such a great stay we extended for 2 extra nights. This location was a close easy walk to the beach and the wagons provided made packing up walking down to the beach easy. The open layout of the house helped us stay together during meal time and play for our little one. The house was clean and well stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen supplies. The house is right next to the main gate so you see all the traffic coming in and out but it wasn’t a concern for us. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. It’s the first house to the right as you enter gate. It is about 5 minute walk to the water. House comes loaded with everything you need. However, they need to add ESPN channel to there cable package.... lol.

Beach House Rental - Thanksgiving week - November 2019

We had a lovely time at the beach house rental in Pacific City. So close to the beach for walks and close to the brewery! And close to the store for Thanksgiving week replenishment's! The house was clean, nice great room and comfy feel with the fireplace stove. Especially nice gifts for Thanksgiving - a turkey, pumpkin pie, beer and sparkling cider. Service was excellent and very responsive! Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our week stay at the Best Nest home. It was just the perfect size and layout for us and our guests, and the fireplace added a touch of coziness that was appreciated by all! The beach is within a 5 minute walk, and despite the house being located by the main road, we did not have any issues with noise. Would definitely stay again, although next time we may choose a beach front property! Oh, thank you so much for the Turkey, pie and beer...our Thanksgiving was perfect!!ÂÂ
